How long does it take to build my home?
About seven months from lot to keys: roughly six weeks of permits and site preparation, then about five and a half months of construction. The schedule is set before the first pour and tracked week by week, so you get a date, not a guess.
What does the “from” price include?
The starting price is the plan on its lot with a 2-car garage and our standard spec. A 3-car garage, a higher finish package or added options raise it. Before you sign, you get one written price for your home.
Can I choose my finishes?
Yes. Each plan comes with six interior packages in three tiers. Countertops, flooring, cabinets and bath finishes are chosen together as a set, so everything matches. You can add options such as ceiling fans or appliance upgrades on top of a package.
Where can I build?
In Vero Lake Estates, Sebastian Highlands and Lakewood Park, on Florida’s Treasure Coast. Every plan is offered in every neighborhood, with a 2- or 3-car garage.
How does the $15,000 buyer incentive work?
On a to-be-built FORMA home, you can apply up to $15,000 to allowable closing costs and prepaids, or to buy down your mortgage rate. Buydowns are subject to lender approval and loan program rules. See the full terms.
How do I pay for the home?
Most buyers use a mortgage from the lender of their choice. The buyer incentive can lower your closing costs or your rate, and we work with your lender on the timing of each step.
