About FORMA · Est. 2026

A homebuilder that works from a plan.

FORMA Residential builds single-family homes in Florida, starting on the Treasure Coast. Each home is one of three plans, built from a written spec, on a schedule that is set before the first pour. Buyers get a clear price and a clear date. Investors get a construction process they can audit.

Why we started

Good homes come from repetition.

The founders came together in 2026 around one idea: build well-finished homes on individual lots with a small team, standard plans and a written spec.

Many established Florida neighborhoods have lots that were platted decades ago and never built on. Building there one lot at a time takes flexibility and coordination, which suits a focused builder. We buy each lot on its merits, screen it before any offer, and build the same proven plans on it.

Because every home repeats the same plan and the same spec, we buy the same materials, hire the same trades and follow the same schedule. That is how we hold a price and a date.

How we build

From lot to keys.

  1. The lot

Individual lots in established neighborhoods. Each one is walked and screened before any offer: flood zone, wetlands, protected species, utilities, size and access.

  2. The plan

One of three single-story plans, sized for the lot. No redesign, no guesswork.

  3. The spec

One spec book for every home. Interiors are chosen as coordinated packages.

  4. The schedule

Set before the first pour and tracked home by home, so everyone knows what happens next.

  5. The closing

A clear price and a clear date, agreed up front.

  6. The record

Every home keeps its own budget and records, from lot purchase to closing.

The founders

Three partners. Three disciplines.

FORMA is owned and run by its three founding partners. Each has run one part of this business before; FORMA puts the three together.
